ALBAWABA - The film "Shekko"  staring Amr Youssef earned the largest daily income for an Egyptian film in cinema history during the Eid al-Fitr season, approaching 10 million pounds yesterday, Thursday, on the second day of Eid al-Fitr alone.

Under the direction of director Karim El-Sobky, a number of heroes were assembled, including Amr Youssef, Mohamed Mamdouh, Yousra, Dina El-Sherbiny, Amina Khalil, and Abbas Abu Al-Hassan, as well as certain artists who appear as guests of honour, like Ahmed Fahmy. "Shekko" is on track to earn 20 million pounds in earnings just two days after debuting in Egyptian cinemas.

"Shekko" earned 1,200,000 pounds on the night of his Eid al-Fitr stop, 7 million pounds on the first day, and 9 million, 800,000 pounds on the second day yesterday.

The film "Shekko" stars Amr Youssef, Dina El-Sherbiny, Mohamed Mamdouh, Amina Khalil, Abbas Abu Al-Hassan, Yousra, and other actors. Karim El-Sobky directs the piece, which Wissam Sabry wrote.
