ALBAWABA - Apple users are in for a treat after leaks flooded social media of the tech giant's next Apple Watch series under the name of the Apple Watch Series 10 as it has been allegedly reported that it will receive major changes in display, design, and an increase in battery life.

The leaks come in after major leaks of the iPhone 16 were revealed across social media platforms with the majority of them coming from X (formerly known as Twitter), click here to know more.

Apple Watch Series 10 might receive a crisp screen upgrade and a better battery life

According to Forbes and The Elec, the Apple Watch Series 10 will receive an upgrade in its screen department since leaks claimed that the new variant will ship with an OLED screen and will use LTPO (low-temperature polycrystalline oxide thin-film transistor) technology which is more power efficient.

This new technology could offer Apple users a better battery life for their watches which could be a blessing since current ones currently live for 18 hours only and require daily charging which isn't ideal for a device like a watch.

Take in mind that the Ultra variants have always had a better battery life but we are talking about the base models here. The Ultra sits at around 36 hours. Forbes added that there are rumors that Apple will develop a blood pressure measurement system into the watch.

This wouldn't come as a surprise as Samsung has already incorporated the feature into their watches and both companies have a history of copying each other. We are not complaining as with competition, we as consumers get the best deal!

By the time of writing this article, Apple fans still seem skeptical about upgrading since nothing solid has been announced and many are already happy with owning previous variants of the watch.
